The East Coast! – 20. October, 2009

Today we find ourselves in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island! Last night we rolled across the Confederation Bridge, which if you did not know, is the world largest bridge. It is 13 km or 8 miles long. Click here for the wikipedia article to learn more. We got to the hotel and then instantly left to meet up with our friends Said the Whale and Hannah Georgas for a 6:30 reservation for lobster dinner!

Today we have the day off in beautiful Charlottetown, so if you live here, you just might see a giant yellow van barrel past you as you try to enjoy a walk in the sun. Tomorrow we play UPEI, then it’s off to Halifax to cause trouble there for a couple days too. Hooray!

NEW STUFFZ! – 15. October, 2009

Encore!Hey E’eryone!

A couple things to talk about on this crisp fall morning!

First, the tour with Dan Mangan is going swimmingly! He’s just as talented as he is handsome. Tonight we play the Montreal House in Peterborough and tomorrow (Aaron’s birthday!) we head back to Toronto for a show at the Rivoli.

Second, we’ve updated the looks of our website and MySpace pages! So if you’ve got some spare time on your hands (which, if you’re looking at this, I assume you do) go check them out. We’ve also posted some new songs on the Myspace from our upcoming album Awake, You Sleepers!

Seeeeeee you on the road!
